Two restaurants at Tanoa Tusitala, and room service for the hours in between. Samoan dishes sit next to international ones, and the kitchen sources from local producers and harvests from the hotel’s own gardens, so a good part of your plate starts close to the table.
Deck Restaurant & Bar
Sit on the Deck with the pool and gardens in front of you and make an evening of it. Samoan and international dishes, cocktails, and a table for visitors as well as hotel guests.

Fala Restaurant
Breakfast at Fala is a full buffet, with fresh tropical juices, tea and coffee. Come early or sleep in, it runs until 10:30am.
