A Fresh Era at Tanoa International Hotel

Tanoa International Hotel has officially opened the doors to its newly transformed spaces, marking one of the most significant upgrades in the property’s recent history. The reveal, celebrated on 19 November, signals a new chapter for the hotel as it strengthens its reputation for Fijian hospitality blended with modern comfort.

The multi-year redevelopment began with the launch of the Deluxe King Rooms in late 2024, designed to honour Fiji’s natural beauty. Each room features a private patio and direct access to lush tropical gardens, setting the tone for a stay centred on tranquillity and connection to the environment.

Throughout 2025, the revitalisation continued across the hotel. Guests returning to Tanoa International now experience a refreshed pool area, vibrant new dining at Fresh Pizza, Tandoor & Grill (opened April 2025), and a complete redesign of key public spaces.

The redevelopment is far from over. The final phase, set for completion in March 2026, will introduce a new Bar, the Talei Conference Room, and the Convention Centre Conference Room, further strengthening the hotel’s position as one of the region’s premier destinations for accommodation, dining and events.

Speaking at the opening,  Rohit Reddy, Managing Director of Tanoa Hotel Group, highlighted the vision behind the project:
