Driving Change – Introducing Electric Vehicles

At Tanoa Hotels, sustainability isn’t just a goal, it’s part of who we are. As part of our ongoing journey to reduce our environmental impact, we’re proud to introduce electric vehicles (EVs) into our operational fleet, marking a major milestone in our Green Transport Initiative.

The first two EVs are now in use for daily operations and inter-property travel, helping us lower emissions and contribute to cleaner air across the communities we serve. To support this shift, we’ve also installed on-site charging stations, making it easier not only for our team but also for guests to embrace more eco-friendly choices.

This initiative is a key part of our broader Sustainability Strategy, which includes renewable energy projects, plastic reduction efforts, responsible waste management and meaningful partnerships with our local communities.

The launch of our EV programme is more than just a transport upgrade, it’s a reflection of our values. We believe in leading by example, taking action where it matters and driving positive change within our industry.
