Y.P. Reddy Hospitality Championship 2026

Once a year, our hotels come together for the Y.P. Reddy Hospitality Championship.

This year, teams from across the group brought their creativity, their skills and everything they know. Then they put it all to the test.

Every challenge asked for something different and every team answered. Determined to showcase their skills and personality through their craft. From cocktail mixing to maintenance and grounds to testing our managers too.

A competition, yes but the Y.P. Reddy Hospitality Championship is a chance to learn from one another. To spend time with staff from other hotels and cheer one another one. We’re proud of the talent across our teams, and it was good to see it all in one room.

Tanoa Rakiraki defended their 2025 title and took out the overall prize for 2026, with Tanoa Waterfront finishing up as our runner ups.
