Tanoa Tusitala serves as a modern and stylish Apia conference venue, suitable for any event. Our Samoa conference facility is stocked with all the latest technology and a range of audiovisual equipment, including a wide screen LCD television, wireless broadband internet, whiteboards and cordless microphones. You will be provided not only with a superb conference space, but also with great event support by members of our team. Our conference team is dedicated to making your event a success, providing the highest level of detail from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Our Events Services Manager will liaise between you and various departments of the hotel to ensure a smooth and hassle-free event.

This modern Samoan conference centre is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and opens out to an outside verandah area and expansive lawn. The room comes with a fixed stage platform, an inbuilt sound system and a secretariat room with a PC and laser printer. It’s the perfect place to hold a wedding reception, gala dinner or business conference.

Tanoa Tusitala’s Samoa Conference Facilities.
Tanoa Tusitala offers a range of different Apia conference venues available to cater to your specific needs. Our conference and events centre is the largest of our meeting facilities, accommodating up to 200 people. This modern Samoan conference centre is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and opens out to an outside verandah area and expansive lawn. The room comes with a fixed stage platform, an inbuilt sound system and a secretariat room with a PC and laser printer. It’s the perfect place to hold a wedding reception, gala dinner or business conference. The conference space can also be divided into three separate rooms for smaller events of up to 50 people.
Located in the front lobby area of Tanoa Tusitala is our boardroom. This air conditioned facility can accommodate up to 20 people, and has a lovely outdoor set up for refreshment breaks. The room is equipped with a flat screen television, professional office chairs, a matching table & cabinet set and a full lighting rig. Situated in the middle of the hotel is our self-contained conference fale. This conference space includes the same features as the boardroom, but also contains its own pantry and toilet facilities. We also have an Ofisa Bar located just behind our ‘Deck’ bar, which is ideal for meetings of up to 25 people. The bar has easy access to the poolside verandah where guests can enjoy breaks and meals.
