The Group Marketing & Digital Executive champions the brand and guest communications across every property, from Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi. Duties & Responsibilities:

AI chatbot and digital messaging

  • Run the day-to-day operation of the Group’s AI chatbot and digital messaging platforms.
  • Maintain the chatbot’s knowledge base so answers on rates, offers, facilities and policies stay accurate, current and on-brand across all properties.
  • Review chatbot conversations regularly, identify gaps, errors and escalation issues, and action improvements.
  • Work with hotel teams and Sales & Revenue to update chatbot content when offers, operations or policies change.

Brand governance

  • Ensure all hotel signage, promotional materials and guest-facing communications are accurate, up-to-date and aligned with Tanoa Hotel Group brand standards.
  • Identify and correct outdated, inconsistent or off-brand content across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Keep property and offer information accurate and consistent across the Group website, booking engine, online travel agencies and Google Business Profiles, working with the relevant platform owners.

Content, social and campaigns

  • Support the planning and implementation of content calendars, social media activities and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Capture on-property photo and video content for social and web use where required.

Agency and production coordination

  • Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing collateral and advertising materials in collaboration with approved agency partners.
  • Act as the key liaison with external marketing agencies, managing briefs, timelines and approvals.

Reporting and insights

  • Monitor campaign, social, website and chatbot performance, providing reporting and insights to support commercial objectives.
  • Use chatbot conversation data to surface common guest questions, pain points and content gaps.

Hotel team support

  • Provide marketing and digital support to hotel teams while maintaining compliance with established brand guidelines.

Key relationships

  • Group Sales & Revenue Manager (line manager)
  • Communications & Engagement (brand and content direction)
  • Hotel General Managers and property teams
  • External marketing agencies and platform providers
