Tanoa Hotels is a responsbile employer and has always taken pride in being a leader in efforts within the communities we operate in.

Besides day to day donations and contributions to various NGO organizations and local charities that we contribute to, we have contirubuted to the following in Fiji:

Blood Bank at Suva Hospital

Tanoa Hotels built the blood bank at the CWM Hospital in Suva in memory of the late Saniyasi Reddy, father of the founder of Tanoa Hotels, YP Reddy.

Eye Clinic at Lautoka Hospital

Tanoa Hotels helped to refurbish and establish a new eye clinic at the Lautoka Hospital.  We regularly provide equipment and lenses for many poor to benefit from lens implants and cataract operations.

Environmental Responsibility and Sustainable Development

Tanoa Hotels believes in preserving our environment and the community in which we operate.  Our sustainable development strategy is focused on reducing our carbon footprint. We intend to achieve this through more efficient use of electricity through energy efficient bulbs and equipment, sorting and recycling of rubbish to preserve air and soil quality, use of environmentally friendly cleaning products and also supporting suppliers who undertake environmentally friendly practices.

We have made this a major priority for all our hotels and aim to deliver measurable savings in the future.  We hope our guests can assist us in achieving our goal of reducing our carbon footprint.

We believe that nothing is more important than the well being of our guests and staff.  We carefully select all our guest products, food and beverages for their quality and are also committed to identifying the origin of all our products.

We hope by developing such strategies we will be able to contribute in our own special way to help preserve our environment and earth.
